Member emeritus, Harris Hinson pictured with Chief King is one of the

original members of the Waskom Volunteer Fire Department when it

was established back in 1952. Retired from service, Harris continues to

attend member meetings and WVFD special events. The department

and citizens of Waskom greatly appreciate his longstanding dedicated

service to the community.
